Job summary

IQVIA Asia Pacific is seeking a dynamic pharma sales professional in the Manila area to drive hospital account strategies and expand formulary coverage. You will engage pharmacists and physicians, promote products, and navigate the hospital dispensing channel to achieve growth targets.

The ideal candidate has pharma sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the resilience to handle rejection. A healthcare credential and driving license are advantages for this role.

Qualifications

• Pharma/biopharma sales experience in quota-driven roles.

Job description

• Relevant pharma and/or biosimilar medical sales experience
• Experience in hospital account management
• Experience in driving hospital formulary inclusion and engaging key hospital stakeholders
• Experience with pharmacy dispensing sales channel
• Track record of successfully meeting sales quota
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to pharmacists and doctors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in cardiometabolic/diabetology therapy area will be an added advantage
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• High school specialist healthcare diploma, BSc/BA will be a plus
• Require Driving license with personal car will be receiving additional allowance
