Job summary

IQVIA Asia Pacific is hiring for a pharma and biosimilar medical sales role in Metro Manila. The candidate will leverage hospital account management experience, drive formulary inclusions, engage hospital stakeholders, and promote dispensing sales channels. Strong quota attainment and product knowledge are essential.

Driving license and car bring additional allowances. Experience in cardiometabolic/diabetology is a plus; candidates should be able to explain products to pharmacists and doctors

• Experience in hospital account management
• Experience in driving hospital formulary inclusion and engaging key hospital stakeholders
• Experience with pharmacy dispensing sales channel
• Track record of successfully meeting sales quota
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to pharmacists and doctors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in cardiometabolic/diabetology therapy area will be an added advantage
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• High school specialist healthcare diploma, BSc/BA will be a plus
• Require Driving license with personal car will be receiving additional allowance
