Job description

The Medical Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. This role is responsible for promoting and selling medical products and services to healthcare professionals and institutions, building long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client visits, presenting product information, answering technical and commercial questions, and following up on leads and inquiries. The Medical Sales Representative will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. The role also involves market research, participation in medical events or trainings, accurate documentation of activities, and regular reporting of sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Medical Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals with healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Willing to travel for client visits and business development activities.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and provide clear, professional information.
• Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand products, interpret clinical information, and engage credibly with medical stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in Quezon City, manage time effectively, and travel locally for client visits as needed.
• Relevant experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales, or a background in healthcare, life sciences, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related, science, business, or communications discipline is preferred.
