Job summary

You will cover NCR 4—San Juan, Mandaluyong, and Pasig, building strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centers, clinics, and key decision-makers.

The role requires regular client visits, product demonstrations, active negotiations, and timely account follow-ups, with accurate reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Medical Technology, MLS, Nursing or allied healthcare.
• Experience in medical sales preferred.
• Willing to travel and cover the NCR region.

Responsibilities

Medical Sales Representative - IVD | Core Clinical Laboratory

Assigned Area: NCR 4 - San Juan, Mandaluyong, and Pasig

We are looking for a results-driven, customer-focused Medical Sales Representative to grow healthcare accounts and promote our in-vitro diagnostics (IVD), core clinical laboratory products, laboratory equipment, and healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and develop new business within the assigned territory.

• Build strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centers, clinics, and key decision-makers.

• Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, sales negotiations, and account follow-ups.

• Coordinate quotations, deliveries, technical requirements, and after-sales support.

• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account updates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, or another allied healthcare course.

• With proven medical sales experience; background in IVD, laboratory equipment, medical devices, hospital supplies, or pharmaceuticals is preferred.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and account management skills.

• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently and perform regular fieldwork.

• Must currently reside in San Juan, Mandaluyong, Pasig, or a nearby area and be able to regularly cover the assigned territory.
