Job summary

Zydus Healthcare Philippines Inc. is seeking a Professional Medical Representative (PMR) to drive sales in a designated area, build and maintain accounts, and expand the customer base.

The PMR will address HCP inquiries and demonstrate product usage while meeting quotas and following company standards. The role emphasizes proficiency in digital engagement with healthcare professionals and teamwork to achieve sales targets in the Philippine market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Nursing, Pharmacy, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-year sales experience in a Pharmaceutical company.
• Proven sales track record in a related industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new environments and work well in teams.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targeted sales goals for the assigned territory.
• Follow Basic Call Procedures and Parameters per company standards.
• Demonstrate product usage to customers.
• Maintain, expand, and build customer relationships to meet sales quotas.
• Execute a concise, professional, ethical, and persuasive selling cycle.
• Implement marketing initiatives per the approved Plan of Action.
