Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics and medical institutions across South Luzon and Davao regions.
• Present and promote pharmaceutical and medical device products to doctors, nurses, hospital administrators and other key decision-makers.
• Provide accurate and detailed product information, clinical data and evidence-based support to healthcare professionals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educational seminars to healthcare facilities and medical practitioners.
• Identify market opportunities and generate new business leads within assigned territories.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Collect market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy and market positioning.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities and market data.
• Prepare and submit regular activity reports and sales forecasts to management.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations, ethical guidelines and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, sales management and product specialsits to support customer needs.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, nursing, life sciences, or related healthcare field

• Proven experience as a Medical Representative or pharmaceutical sales professional, preferably in the Philippine market

• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry, including regulatory requirements and ethical standards

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships and trust with key stakeholders

• Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple territories across South Luzon and Davao regions

• Proficiency in English and Filipino; additional language skills are advantageous

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories

• Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Knowledge of healthcare systems, hospital operations and medical protocols is preferred

• Professional certification or training in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation is advantageous
