Bell-Kenz is seeking a Sales Development/Business Development professional in the Philippines to drive revenue growth and expand market share. You will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers while promoting BK programs across departments.

The role demands strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently to meet targets and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year in pharmaceutical sales but fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proven track record in cultivating and sustaining strong professional relationships with healthcare providers.
• Exceptional communicator with advanced presentation skills, adept at conveying complex medical information clearly and effectively.
• Highly organized and adept at time management, consistently working independently to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Development: Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date (YTD) sales targets are consistently met or exceeded, demonstrating strong sales performance and goal achievement.
• Customer Relations: Deliver outstanding service and assistance to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Business Development: Assess company performance and identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
• Business Management: Advocate for and execute BK programs to enhance organizational operations.
• Coordination & Collaboration: Facilitate and work collaboratively with various departments to support the successful implementation of programs.
• Administrative Duties: Ensure the timely and accurate submission of all required reports.
