Job summary

Marketlink Pharmaceutical Corporation is seeking Medical Representatives/Specialists to cover Medical/Paramedical Professionals, introduce and market products, and manage territory programs to achieve sales targets.

About you: Bachelor's degree (or 3rd year), preferably with field sales experience; strong communication and negotiation skills; MS Office proficiency; ideally from the main territory you will cover. Based in Pasig, with travel opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Submit accurate reports and participate in development activities.
• Participate in training and team meetings.
• Engage in networking activities and grow existing relationships.

About the role

NMPC

Medical Representatives/Specialists ensure continuous coverage among Medical/Paramedical Professionals, introducing and marketing company products while managing territory programs and special projects to generate targeted sales.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure continuous coverage among Medical/Paramedical Professionals
• Cover Medical Professionals to introduce and market the products of the company
• Manage territory programs and special projects of assigned products to generate the targeted sales
• Manage and grow MS business relationship
• Implement tactics and submit accurate report
• Participate in all developmental and training activities
• Participate and add value to all division team meetings and activities
• Participate in networking activities and programs
• Cultivate and grow current relationships
• Identify strategic Key Opinion Leaders

About you

• Bachelor's Degree Graduate or at least completed 3rd year college
• Preferably with field sales or related experience
• Good communication skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Knowledge in MS Application
• Preferably from in-base (refers to the main area/territory that they will cover most of the time)
