TerraBarn Inc in Basilan, Philippines is seeking Medical Representatives / Medical Specialists to promote pharmaceutical products to medical and paramedical professionals in the assigned territory. You will build relationships, manage territory programs, and support sales objectives.

The role requires fieldwork across Basilan, strong communication, negotiation, and MS Office proficiency, with a local residency or familiarity with area; travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate or at least completed 3rd year of college.
• Experience in field sales, pharmaceutical sales, medical representation, or related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates may be considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Willing to conduct extensive fieldwork and travel within the assigned territory.
• Local resident or familiar with the area preferred.
• Must be flexible with working hours due to field sales work.
• Professional and presentable appearance.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales and marketing strategies and submit accurate and timely reports.
• Participate in company training, developmental programs, meetings, and team activities.
• Participate in networking activities and programs to expand professional relationships.
• Cultivate existing accounts and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Identify and develop relationships with strategic Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Perform other field-related responsibilities as required.

About the role

Medical Representatives / Medical Specialists responsible for promoting and marketing the company's pharmaceutical products to medical and paramedical professionals within their assigned territory. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, manage territory sales programs, and contribute to the achievement of business and sales objectives.
