We are a growing pharmaceutical distribution company building our hospital and institutional business in the Philippines.

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Professional Medical Representative / Hospital Business Development Representative who can develop hospital accounts and convert opportunities into sustainable purchase orders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; preferably in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or a related field.


• At least 2 years of pharmaceutical, medical-device or healthcare sales experience preferred.


• Hospital account experience is highly preferred.


• Experience dealing with hospital pharmacy, procurement or purchasing departments is a strong advantage.


• Existing relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals are an advantage.


• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.


• Strong follow-up and account-development skills.


• Willing to conduct extensive fieldwork.


• Results-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets.


• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
