FGC+ is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Retriever to support our operations team in obtaining and managing medical documentation for insurance-related cases. You will coordinate with healthcare providers, follow up on record requests, and ensure timely and accurate case processing.

Qualifications

• Two years of college coursework (any major).
• At least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience (voice or non-voice).
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with computers and multiple systems/tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage and process medical records requests daily.
• Contact hospitals and clinics to request and follow up on records.
• Ensure all cases are updated and completed within timelines.
• Monitor progress and proactively follow up to avoid delays.
• Handle escalations and coordinate with clients and supervisors.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of received records.
• Submit and track payment requests related to retrieval.
• Reopen and resolve cases with missing information.
• Document actions and updates in internal systems.
