Job summary

1Cure Philippines is seeking an On-call Clinic-Based Medical Doctor to provide comprehensive primary healthcare in our San Simon clinic, ensuring quality care and accurate documentation.

You will conduct consultations, diagnose, prescribe, and maintain records, coordinating with nurses and staff, and responding to emergencies with professionalism. This role requires PRC license, PhilHealth accreditation, and a commitment to our scheduled hours.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PRC medical license.
• PhilHealth accreditation is required.
• Excellent clinical judgment and patient management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work at Global Plaza - San Simon, Pampanga on the assigned clinic schedule.
• Experience in primary care or clinic settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations, medical examinations, and clinical assessments.
• Diagnose and manage common illnesses, injuries, and medical conditions.
• Prescribe appropriate medications, laboratory tests, and treatment plans.
• Interpret diagnostic and laboratory results and provide medical recommendations.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely patient medical records.
• Issue medical certificates, prescriptions, referrals, and other documents when necessary.
• Provide health education, preventive care, and wellness counseling.
• Coordinate with nurses, allied staff to ensure efficient patient care.
• Respond professionally to medical concerns and emergencies within the clinic.

About the role

As an On-call Clinic-Based Medical Doctor, you will provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients in the clinic while ensuring quality medical care, accurate documentation, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, medical examinations, and clinical assessments.
• Diagnose and manage common illnesses, injuries, and medical conditions.
• Prescribe appropriate medications, laboratory tests, and treatment plans.
• Interpret diagnostic and laboratory results and provide appropriate medical recommendations.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely patient medical records.
• Issue medical certificates, prescriptions, referrals, and other medical documents when necessary.
• Provide health education, preventive care, and wellness counseling to patients.
• Ensure compliance with PhilHealth, Department of Health (DOH), and company policies and standards.
• Coordinate with nurses, allied healthcare professionals, and clinic staff to ensure efficient patient care.
• Respond professionally to medical concerns and emergencies within the clinic.

Qualifications

• Licensed Medical Doctor with a valid PRC License.
• Valid PhilHealth Accreditation (required).
