Recruitify_HR is seeking a Medical Doctor with active PRC license and Diplomate in Internal Medicine to lead Medical & Clinical Operations in Makati. The role requires strong leadership and clinical oversight in a Healthcare BPO setting.

The position is hybrid (2–3 days onsite) with night shifts and US holidays. You will drive policy development, case reviews, and care coordination while maintaining high standards of clinical decision-making.

Formación

• Active PRC Physician License.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine (Diplomate).
• Completed residency training.
• Willing to work night shift.
• Must be within 50 km of Makati.
• Stable internet with 100 Mbps.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
