Job summary

Care Center Clinic seeks a Medical Director to lead our primary care division, combining clinical oversight with facility management. The role includes guiding general consultations, diagnostics, and treatment while shaping protocols and patient flow.

You will mentor nurses and encoders, ensure regulatory compliance with PhilHealth and local standards, and drive quality improvement, health education, and preventive care across the center.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent with active PRC license.
• Accredited PhilHealth Care Professional / YAKAP/KONSULTA.
• Experience in community health or LGU-based practice preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide general medical consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for patients.
• Manage acute and chronic illnesses.
• Prescribe medications and ensure rational drug use.
• Promote preventive care, health education, and wellness programs.

About the role

This is a Medical Director position for a Primary Care Physician responsible for providing general medical consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for patients, managing acute and chronic illnesses, and overseeing daily operations of the facility as Head of Facility. The role combines clinical duties with leadership and administrative responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent, with active PRC license

• Effective communicator with ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams
