Job summary

RSM Stone Forest is seeking a pharma sales professional in the Philippines to launch and promote new diagnostic products. You will develop sales strategies, engage oncologists and pathologists, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to purchase.

The role requires 2–3 years in medical/pharma sales, a valid driving license, and strong communication skills, with experience in hospital/clinic settings considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, biomolecular or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales, diagnostics preferred.
• Experience engaging oncologists and pathologists is a plus.
• Valid Class 3 driving license and own vehicle.
• Experience in private/public hospitals/clinics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Launch and uptake of new products; support pre- and post-launch activities.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets.
• Develop and strengthen customer relationships with trust and credibility.
• Track sales opportunities and manage quotations through the purchasing process.
• Provide field intelligence and competitive updates to the commercial team.
• Develop territorial action plans and execute them.
