Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of sales experience, or an advanced degree with 2 years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years in medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related clinical sales environments.
• Experience managing customer accounts, developing business opportunities, and achieving sales objectives.
• Ability to travel within the Philippines required for territory coverage.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed territory revenue objectives through account planning and sales execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key decision-makers.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to expand product utilization.
• Conduct customer needs assessments and provide product solutions for clinical and operational objectives.
• Deliver product education, training, and clinical support to customers per policy and regulations.
• Analyze market conditions and trends to support territory planning and market development.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and R&D to share customer insights and needs.
