Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel within the Philippines for territory coverage.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, excellent communication, and MS Office.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed assigned territory revenue objectives through effective account planning, opportunity management, and sales execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement stakeholders, distributors, and other key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to expand product utilization and grow market share.
  • Conduct customer needs assessments and provide product solutions that support clinical and operational objectives.
  • Deliver product education, training, and clinical support to customers in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Analyze market conditions, customer trends, and competitive activity to support territory planning and market development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Operations, and Research and Development to communicate customer insights and business needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and territory activity plans while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, or an advanced degree with 2 years of experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related clinical sales environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing customer accounts, developing business opportunities, and achieving sales objectives.
  • Ability to travel within the Philippines required for territory coverage.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling medical devices within hospital, surgical, or healthcare institution settings.
  • Knowledge of healthcare procurement processes, hospital stakeholders, and distribution channel management.
  • Experience supporting product education, clinical training, or customer adoption initiatives.
  • Strong territory planning, opportunity management, and forecasting capabilities.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization and collaborating with cross-functional business partners.
