Role Overview
The Media Production Assistant provides essential logistical, technical, and administrative support for the digital team. This role ensures that shoots run smoothly on-site and that the \"paperwork\" of productionbudgets, receipts, and vendor paymentsis meticulously managed.
Key Responsibilities

Production Finance & Administration
- Fund Management: Process and track all production fund requests and petty cash for upcoming shoots.
- Budget Tracking: Create and maintain budget summaries for each project, ensuring we remain within the allocated spend.
- Reimbursements & Receipts: Collect, digitize, and organize all receipts from the crew and talent; prepare formal reimbursement reports for the Finance Department.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage communications with external vendors (equipment rentals, catering, locations) and ensure timely payment processing.

On-Set & Shoot Support
- Logistics: Assist the team with gear transport, set construction, and managing the \"run of show\" during live shoots or high-profile events.
- Talent Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for talent on‑set, ensuring riders are met and schedules are followed.
- Asset Support: Assist the Production team with basic DIT (Digital Imaging Technician) tasks, such as backing up memory cards and organizing raw files.

Event Support
- On‑Site Coordination: Attend events to assist with equipment setup (lights, stabilizers, microphones).
- Crowd/Access Management: Ensure the team has the necessary credentials and clear space to capture content in busy event environments.
