Job summary

Cellexia Labs, a European beauty and skincare company with a fully remote team, is seeking an experienced Media Buyer to manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. The role emphasizes performance-driven growth, creative testing at scale, and turning data into profitability.

You will plan, launch, and optimize ads for conversions, conduct ongoing testing of creatives and audiences, and collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads campaign management in ecommerce.
• Proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns with large ad spend.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns for conversions and ROAS.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends and actionable insights
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy
• Implement advanced targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies
• Maintain accurate tracking and pixel/event setups for proper attribution
• Manage campaign budgets and pacing to achieve profitability targets
• Stay updated on Meta Ads platform changes, policies, and best practices

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer to manage and optimize our Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and etc. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment, understands creative testing at scale, and can turn data insights into profitable growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in beauty, skincare, or health supplement niches
• Knowledge of creative strategy frameworks for direct-response advertising
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and funnel optimization
• A monthly bonus up to 100% of the monthly salary based on ad performance/output
• An annual bonus up to more than 40% of the annual salary based on the accomplishment of the company KPIs
