• Follow up with leads through phone, email, text, and DM to keep engagement consistent
• Qualify leads against defined criteria, prioritizing genuine fit over volume
• Run live product demos with a prepared slide deck in a natural, personable way
• Log all lead activity, notes, and next steps in the CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Maintain steady, professional outreach cadence without being pushy or robotic
• Build rapport and guide prospects through the sales pipeline
• Track outreach activity, response rates, and outcomes to keep the pipeline visible
