Job summary

KMZD GROUP is seeking an experienced MECM / MEM Administrator to join its IT Infrastructure team in Makati. The role focuses on endpoint management, patching, and deployment across Windows environments using MECM/SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot.

The ideal candidate will manage software packaging, patch management, and troubleshooting, working in a fast-paced enterprise IT setting with a rotating/shifting schedule. Hybrid work is available with 3 onsite days and 2 days WFH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
• Minimum 2 years hands-on MECM/SCCM and Intune experience
• Solid knowledge of MECM/SCCM administration, patch management, and troubleshooting
• Experience with Windows environments, AD, Office 365/Azure, and Autopilot

Responsibilities

• Administer MECM/SCCM and Microsoft Intune infrastructure and environments
• Manage deployments, updates, configurations, and software packaging
• Perform monthly Windows security patching for servers and workstations
• Ensure timely security patches and critical updates delivery
• Build, test, and deploy software packages and updates
• Monitor MECM/Intune client health and distribution points
• Troubleshoot complex MECM/SCCM and Intune issues
• Support Autopilot device enrollment and provisioning
• Maintain device access, compliance, and security configurations
• Prepare patching and installation health reports
• Collaborate with IT Operations and other teams
• Follow incident, change, request, and problem processes
• Adhere to SLAs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer and maintain MECM/SCCM and Microsoft Intune infrastructure
• Manage application and software deployments, updates, and configurations
• Perform monthly Windows security patching for servers and workstations
• Ensure timely deployment of security patches, critical updates, and out-of-band releases
• Build, test, and deploy software application packages and updates
• Monitor and maintain the health of MECM clients, servers, and distribution points
• Troubleshoot complex MECM/SCCM and Intune infrastructure issues
• Support Microsoft Autopilot device enrollment and automated provisioning
• Manage device access, compliance, application deployment, and security configurations
• Manage Windows client images, application packaging, scripting, and related projects
• Provide technical support for incidents and service tickets related to the SCCM/MECM queue
• Prepare reports on patching activities, application installation status, and client health
• Perform day-to-day administration and engineering of MECM/MEM environments
• Collaborate with IT Operations, L3 Engineers, Team Leads, Service Delivery, and end users
• Follow established change, incident, request, and problem management processes
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM and Microsoft Intune
• Strong experience in application deployment and software update management
• Strong knowledge of SCCM/MECM administration, patch management, and troubleshooting
• Experience with Windows operating systems and Windows Server environments
• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and/or Azure
• Experience with Microsoft Autopilot is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint / Endpoint Protection is an advantage
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good documentation and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced enterprise IT environment
• Willing to work on a rotational shifting schedule
