We are looking for an Intermediate SCCM Engineer with solid experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Intune to support enterprise endpoint management, application deployment, patching, and infrastructure maintenance.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands‑on experience with MECM/SCCM and Intune and is comfortable handling troubleshooting, software packaging, Windows patching, and endpoint administration in an enterprise environment.
Administer and maintain MECM/SCCM and Microsoft Intune environments.
Manage application deployment, software updates, and Windows patching.
Perform monthly security patch deployments for Windows workstations and servers.
Monitor SCCM client health, servers, distribution points, and overall infrastructure performance.
Build, test, and deploy software packages and updates.
Support Microsoft Autopilot, including device enrollment, provisioning, compliance, and application management.
Manage Windows imaging, application packaging, scripting, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot SCCM/MECM and Intune infrastructure, client, and deployment issues.
Resolve agent installation and software distribution problems.
Support Windows OS installation, upgrades, configuration, and maintenance.
Prepare regular patching, client health, and deployment reports.
Develop custom reports and utilize SQL queries when required.
Coordinate with users and technical teams to resolve endpoint-related concerns.
Follow enterprise change, incident, request, and problem management processes.
Ensure timely deployment of critical patches, software updates, and security releases.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with MECM/SCCM and Intune.
Strong experience in application deployment, patch management, software distribution, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Windows 8/10/11 and Windows Server environments.
Experience with Microsoft Autopilot and device provisioning.
Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, and Microsoft endpoint technologies.
Experience troubleshooting SCCM clients, Management Points (MP), and Distribution Points (DP).
Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint / Endpoint Protection is an advantage.
Knowledge of PowerShell, SQL, WMI, or VB scripting.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work with different levels of users.
Experience working in an enterprise IT environment is preferred.
