Job summary

Flexo Manufacturing Corporation in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila, is seeking a Mechanical Specialist to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, water systems, and other mechanical equipment. The role ensures equipment reliability and minimizes downtime, supporting continuous manufacturing operations.

You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, fabricate parts as needed, and help maintain production with proactive maintenance

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or graduate in Mechanical Technology.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Familiar with pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic plumbing systems.
• Experience with fabrication and repair of machines.
• Able to use measuring instruments and fabrication tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and utility equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot machine breakdowns and identify corrective actions.
• Repair and maintain pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Monitor and maintain water supply systems and equipment.
• Fabricate, modify, and repair machine parts as required.
• Conduct machine inspections and report abnormalities.

Job Summary

The Mechanical Specialist is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance of production machines, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, water systems, and other mechanical equipment.
