Job summary

Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation / Multiplast Corporation, a leading Philippine packaging manufacturer, is seeking a Line Maintenance / Industrial Electrician to keep production lines running safely and efficiently.

You will troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled machines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and read electrical diagrams within a fast-paced plant environment. Ideal candidates have formal technical education and hands-on experience in machine maintenance, with a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• Requires graduation from a technical or college program in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Experience in machine maintenance in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices is essential.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment, hydraulics, and pneumatics is a must.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance on production machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Repair and restore equipment to ensure smooth production operations.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to support daily manufacturing needs.
• Inspect equipment and suggest improvements to enhance reliability and performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Follow company safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), Hydraulics, and Pneumatics systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled equipment, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.

• Able to read and interpret electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
