Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in Antipolo, Rizal, seeks a Maintenance Engineer to lead machine, utility, and spare parts management, preventive/corrective maintenance, and engineering projects to maximize uptime.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, apply PLC/HMI knowledge, ensure EHS/GMP compliance, manage budgets and records, and drive TPM/5S improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering or maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Experience in machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown response
• Exposure to Injection Molding, EXtrusion Blow Molding, Air Compressors, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps is a plus

Responsibilities

• Machine, Utility & Spare Parts Management – maintain and troubleshoot machinery and related systems
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance – inspections, repairs, and optimization
• Engineering Projects & CAPEX – lead upgrades, budgeting, contractor management, FAT/SAT
• Technical Troubleshooting & Automation – diagnose issues using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC/HMI knowledge

What You’ll Do:

• Machine, Utility & Spare Parts Management – Maintain and troubleshoot Injection Molding, Extrusion Blow Molding, Labeling Machines, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Molds, and electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems; manage critical spare parts and maintenance inventory.
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance – Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment inspections, adjustments, repairs, and troubleshooting to maximize machine availability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Engineering Projects & CAPEX – Lead equipment upgrades, modernization, and engineering projects; support CAPEX planning and implementation, contractor management, installation, commissioning, FAT, and SAT activities.
• Technical Troubleshooting & Automation – Apply mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic PLC/HMI knowledge to diagnose equipment issues, interpret alarms and fault codes, and restore machines to safe and stable operating conditions.
• Safety, Quality & GMP Compliance – Ensure equipment is operated and maintained safely in compliance with EHS, LOTO, GMP, PPE, and company quality standards; participate in safety meetings, risk assessments, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
• Documentation, Reporting & Budget Management – Maintain preventive maintenance records, work orders, machine history, breakdown reports, and engineering KPIs; prepare annual maintenance budgets and monitor maintenance expenses and material consumption.
• Continuous Improvement & Operational Support – Support daily production targets by minimizing equipment downtime; identify recurring failures, recommend corrective actions, promote TPM and 5S practices, maintain good housekeeping, and collaborate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Engineering teams.

What Makes You A Great Fit:

• Experience: At least 5 years of engineering or maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with experience in machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown response. Exposure to production and utility equipment such as Injection Molding, Extrusion Blow Molding, Air Compressors, Chillers, Cooling Towers, and Pumps is an advantage.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, technical diploma, or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC/HMI systems, preventive maintenance, and safety practices (5S, TPM, LOTO, and EHS). Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets; good communication and teamwork skills; willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
