The role requires a Bachelor's in mechanical engineering, 5+ years in mechanical operation and maintenance, and at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical operation and maintenance of wires and cables manufacturing or similar setup.
• At least 2 years or more in a supervisory or team-lead role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, and utilities.
• Experienced in the operation and maintenance of Atlas Copco Compressor, Chiller steam generators, cooling towers.
• Expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and technical documents.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
