Job summary

TITANWORKS CONCRETE AND DEVELOPMENT, INC. in Sto. Domingo, Albay, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to lead the maintenance team and ensure the reliability and efficient operation of our batching and crushing plant machinery, trucks, pumps, and other heavy equipment.

You will implement preventive maintenance, optimize spares and labor, and coordinate with operations to uphold safety and performance on-site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in concrete/crushing plant machinery and heavy equipment maintenance.
• 2+ years experience leading or supervising a team of mechanics.
• Preferably graduate of Mechanical Engineering; board license not required.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and oversee maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of batching plants, crushing and segregating plants, dump trucks, transit mixers, water pumps, generators, and other equipment.
• Optimize labor, spare parts, and repair methods to maintain reliability and control costs.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and oversee timely repairs.
• Monitor spare parts costs and equipment condition; coordinate with operations on safety.
