Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Mechanical Maintenance Estimator for our Eastwood, Libis hub in Quezon City. The role offers a hybrid work setup and a day shift. You will markup drawings, assemble maintenance work packs, and estimate labor and material needs to support cost-effective tasks.

Responsibilities include drafting Engineering Queries to Australian site management, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring work orders are properly documented and released on site.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to read, interpret, and markup P&IDs, piping isometrics and data sheets.
• Proven experience compiling maintenance work packs with steps, safety, and tooling lists.
• Excellent technical English to interact with international stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently from Manila while following Australian guidelines.
• High accuracy in documentation, markups, material takeoffs, and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Markup technical drawings including P&IDs and isometrics.
• Build standard-form maintenance work packs with steps and tools.
• Estimate labor hours, skill needs, material quantities and equipment.
• Raise Engineering Queries to resolve scope ambiguities or drawings.
• Request and evaluate vendor quotations for materials and services.
• Attach estimates and quotes to Work Orders for site release.
