Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Maintenance Estimator (Inlec) in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City for a hybrid, day-shift role. You will identify and markup complex drawings, assemble work packs, and estimate labor and materials for industrial maintenance.

You will manage engineering queries and coordinate with vendors to source third-party services and parts. The role requires precise interpretation of engineering drawings, experience building maintenance work packs, and knowledge of ITRs/QA procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency reading heavy industrial drawings (P&IDs, loop diagrams).
• Experience building maintenance work packs with labor/material planning.
• Familiarity with ITRs, QA protocols, and SOPs for industrial tasks.

Responsibilities

• Engineering drawing identification & markup of P&IDs, diagrams, data sheets.
• Build standard maintenance work packs with task steps, safety procedures, tools, and ITRs.
• Estimate labor hours, material quantities, and specialized tooling per Work Order.
• Draft and submit engineering queries to clarify scopes or drawings.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor quotations for third-party services and materials.
• Map procedures and ITRs by reviewing site maintenance manuals.
