Job summary

V2X in the Philippines is seeking a maintenance mechanic to perform maintenance and repair of engineering and special purpose equipment systems. Under supervision, you will ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for related mechanical systems.

The role requires 4–7 years of mechanical maintenance experience, fluent English, a high school diploma, hydraulic/pneumatic training, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 to 7 years of mechanical maintenance experience.
• Must read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have training in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Must possess a current valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes deficiencies in equipment and supervises necessary maintenance.
• Provides technical guidance to ensure PWS compliance while delivering results.
• Inspects equipment and conducts repairs or replaces faulty components.
• Participates in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Completes mechanical repairs or improvements on various equipment and fixtures.
• Evaluates maintenance requests, sets priorities, and processes work orders.
• Inspects hydraulic systems for wear, leaks and proper fluid levels.
• Changes bearings, sprockets, chains, belts, shafts, cylinders, and other parts.
