V2X, Inc. is seeking a maintenance mechanic to perform and supervise maintenance on engineering and special purpose equipment in the Philippines.

The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and ensures compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for engineering and related systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing deficiencies, guiding technical work, inspecting and repairing components, and participating in preventive and corrective maintenance in a shop environment with PPE

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of mechanical maintenance experience.
• Must read, write, and speak English fluently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Training in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Current valid Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Analyze deficiencies in equipment and supervise necessary repairs.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure PWS compliance while delivering desired results.
• Inspect equipment and, as necessary, conduct repairs or replace faulty components using a variety of hand tools.
• Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Complete mechanical repairs or improvements on various processes, equipment, fixtures, and units.
• Evaluate maintenance requests, set priorities, and process work.
• Inspect hydraulic systems for wear, leaks and proper fluid level per manufacturer’s specs.
• Change bearings, sprockets, chains, belts, shafts, cylinders, and other interchangeable components.
