Job summary

Outsourcey in Metro Manila seeks a Mechanical Draftsperson with 2–5+ years of experience in HVAC/building services. The role centers on creating accurate 3D mechanical models in Revit, preparing coordinated shop drawings for HVAC systems, and ensuring constructible documentation.

You will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site teams, manage fabrication detailing in Revit for prefabrication, and maintain model accuracy and drawing registers to meet project standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsperson in HVAC/building services.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for mechanical modelling and documentation.
• Experience preparing shop drawings for mechanical/HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with fabrication parts and content within Revit.
• Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud BIM Collaborate (ACC) is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and detailed 3D mechanical services models using Revit.
• Prepare coordinated shop drawings for HVAC installations, including ductwork, pipework, and equipment layouts.
• Work with engineers, project managers, and site teams to maintain design intent and constructible documentation.
• Incorporate fabrication-level detailing in Revit for prefabrication and site installation.
• Ensure models and drawings meet project specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants via ACC BIM Collaborate.

Profile Requirements:

• 2–5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsperson in the HVAC or building services industry.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for mechanical modelling and documentation.
• Demonstrated experience preparing shop drawings for mechanical/HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with fabrication parts and content within Revit.
• Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) BIM Collaborate is highly regarded.
• Sound knowledge of Australian construction and mechanical services standards
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Core responsibilities:
