Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a skilled Revit Modeler/Drafter to support architectural and construction projects through accurate BIM modeling and drafting. The candidate should be highly proficient in Autodesk Revit and able to translate drawings and markups into precise models and documentation.

The role requires 2+ years of professional Revit experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and maintain accurate 2D and 3D models using Autodesk Revit.
• Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction documentation.
• Review drawings, markups, and project specifications and translate them into accurate Revit models.
• Make revisions and updates to existing Revit models based on project requirements and client feedback.
• Ensure models and drawings meet project standards, specifications, and deadlines.
• Work efficiently to complete assigned modeling and drafting tasks within required timeframes.
• Coordinate model information and drawings to minimize errors and inconsistencies.
• Identify potential issues or discrepancies in drawings and models and communicate them proactively.
• Organize and maintain Revit files, views, sheets, families, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, and other team members as needed.
• Manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks according to project deadlines.

We are seeking an experienced Revit Modeler / Drafter to support architectural and construction projects through accurate and efficient BIM modeling and drafting.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Autodesk Revit, has strong attention to detail, and can work independently while meeting deadlines and project requirements. The successful candidate should be able to quickly understand drawings, markups, and project requirements and efficiently translate them into accurate Revit models and construction documentation.

This position is ideal for a self-sufficient, organized, and proactive professional who can work with minimal supervision while maintaining both speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
