Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical design for sheet metal enclosures and packaging.
• Strong understanding of thermal management and sealing for reliability.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly and IP sealing.

Responsibilities

• Designing for weight, volume, thermal performance and IP sealing (DFM/DFA).
• Performing conceptual designs, calculations and tolerance analyses.
• Developing and executing test plans to validate subsystems and product performance.
• Conducting RCAs for issues during testing and field deployment.
• Collaborating with manufacturers and mold designers to refine designs.
• Documenting development from concept to production (FMEA, DFX, DVP, inspection plans).
