Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Mechanic Technician Driver to operate company fleet vehicles, perform emergency breakdown dispatch, and conduct routine maintenance on fleet units.

The role combines on-site operations and field deployments, requiring 2+ years as driver and auto/diesel mechanic, with a valid license for manual transmission and a clean driving record. Ability to work across Metro Manila and provincial routes is essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or TESDA-certified in automotive/diesel mechanics.
• Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License with manual transmission.
• 2+ years combined experience as a professional driver and auto/diesel mechanic.
• Clean driving record with knowledge of Metro Manila and provincial routes.
• Physically fit and able to go on field deployments.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate assigned company vehicles to designated sites.
• Perform emergency roadside repairs, jump-starts, tire changes, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections (oil, tires, coolant, brakes, battery, fuel).
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor engine/mechanical work.
• Transport field technicians, tools, and equipment to regional work sites.
• Maintain trip logs, fuel receipts, and vehicle maintenance records.

• WORK SETUP: On-site / Field Operations & Transport Deployment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely drive and operate assigned company vehicles, field service vans, or transport trucks to designated site locations
• Perform emergency roadside repairs, jump-starts, tire replacements, and minor mechanical troubleshooting on field units
• Conduct daily pre-trip vehicle inspections (oil levels, tire pressure, coolant, brakes, battery, and fuel)
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor engine/mechanical repairs on company fleet vehicles
• Transport field technicians, tools, and heavy equipment safely to work sites across regional deployments
• Maintain daily trip logs, fuel consumption receipts, and vehicle service maintenance records

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Graduate, Senior High School, or Vocational/TESDA Graduate in Automotive/Diesel Mechanics
• Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License with appropriate Restriction Codes (Manual Transmission required)
• At least 2+ years combined experience as a professional driver and practical auto/diesel mechanic
• Clean driving record with zero major traffic violations and deep knowledge of Metro Manila and provincial routes
• Physically fit, capable of lifting equipment, and willing to go on field deployments
