DRIVER/TECHNICIAN
Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Driver/Technician to support the Company in the safe transportation of personnel, equipment, machines, and materials, while also assisting the technical team in field and project activities. The position requires flexibility, attention to safety, proper equipment handling, and willingness to travel to various project locations nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport company personnel, technical equipment, machines, materials, and documents to designated locations.
- Drive company vehicles, including SUVs and/or 4-wheel delivery trucks, for office, project, and field requirements.
- Perform regular vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure assigned vehicles are safe and roadworthy.
- Maintain the cleanliness, proper condition, and security of assigned company vehicles and equipment.
- Assist in the loading, unloading, transportation, setup, and proper storage of technical equipment, tools, and materials.
- Assist the technical team during field/site activities, testing, data gathering, equipment setup, and other project-related works as assigned.
- Assist in the proper handling, upkeep, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of technical equipment and accessories.
- Follow instructions and established procedures for the safe use, transportation, and handling of company equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of travel activities, deliveries, vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, equipment movement, and other required logs.
- Assist in ensuring that required equipment, materials, and tools are available and properly prepared before deployment to project sites.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, company policies, and project/site rules.
- Immediately report vehicle problems, equipment issues, damages, accidents, inconsistencies, or other operational concerns to the supervisor.
- Assist in coordinating with project personnel and other departments regarding transportation, equipment, and field requirements.
- Be willing to travel and work at various project locations nationwide.
- Represent the Company professionally when dealing with clients, project personnel, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Perform other driving, technical, administrative, or field-related duties that may reasonably be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a driver and/or technician.
- Must hold a valid Professional Driver's License.
- Must be able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Able to drive SUVs and/or 4-wheel delivery trucks.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Experience handling or assisting with technical equipment, tools, or field operations is an advantage.
- Physically capable of assisting with loading, unloading, lifting, and field activities when required.
- Willing to work and travel outside Metro Manila / nationwide.
- Responsible, reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and willing to follow technical and operational instructions.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Assignment: Nationwide, depending on operational and project requirements
