Qualifications

- Field service readiness with willingness to travel to project sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform PMS on light utility vehicles and fleet equipment.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, braking, suspension, and steering issues.
- Conduct tune-ups, oil changes, and belt replacements; handle minor electrical repairs.
- Troubleshoot in the field and maintain repair logs and parts inventories.

We are seeking an Automotive Technician to handle fleet vehicle maintenance, mechanical diagnostics, engine repair, and troubleshooting for utility and field service vehicles across regional project sites!

- POSITION: Automotive Technician
- DEPLOYMENT: Metro Manila / North Luzon / South Luzon (Prioritizing sites near your location!)
- WORK SETUP: Field/Shop-based | Shifting & On-Call
- Perform routine preventive maintenance services (PMS) on light utility vehicles, L300s, trucks, and company service fleet
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, braking, suspension, and steering system issues
- Conduct engine tune-ups, oil changes, belt replacements, and minor electrical system repairs
- Troubleshoot vehicle breakdowns in the field to restore fleet operations promptly
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, parts inventories, and repair completion reports
- Education: Technical/Vocational graduate in Automotive Servicing, Mechanical Technology, or related trade courses
- Experience: At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair, diesel/gasoline engine servicing, and fleet maintenance
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of diesel engines, electrical diagnostics, brake/suspension systems, and preventive maintenance
- Driving: Driver's license is an advantage, but Non-Drivers with strong Automotive Technician background are accepted
- Certifications: TESDA NC II / NC III in Automotive Servicing is a strong advantage
- Work Setup: Physically fit, willing to handle field service calls, render overtime, and respond to emergency vehicle repairs
