Qualifications

• Graduate of a 2-4 year Automotive/Technical Course.
• Work Experience: Preferably with background in automotive service work.
• Knowledge & Skills: Computer literate.
• Preferably background in all aspects of vehicle diagnosis and diagnostic equipment.
• Automotive industry experience is an advantage.
• Possess good communication skills; good leadership skills; good time management skills.
• License/Certificate: National Certificate 1 (NC1).

Responsibilities

• Do the job right the first time.
• Use all protective equipment to maintain the cleanliness of the customers' vehicles (Seat Covers, Floor Mats and Fender Covers).
• Ensure all customers requests on the repair order are completed to a high quality standard.
• Strive to complete all repair orders within the time allotted.
• Carry out final inspection of all work completed and endorse the Final inspection Mirror Hanger.
• Clock-on to personal time card upon arrival and off upon departure.
• Maintain accurate clocking practices by clocking on and off every repair order.
• Treat customers' vehicles and belongings with care.
• Transcribe clear accurate account of all work complete onto the repair order.
• Keep work area clean and tidy at all times (5s in all aspects).
• Report damaged tools and equipments to supervisor.
• Ensures proactive approach to productivity and efficiency.
