You will monitor meat quality, safety, and sanitation, address member feedback, and implement promotions. Strong leadership and customer service are essential to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in meat operations or retail, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of meat handling, preparation, cutting, portioning, storage, and merchandising.
• Ability to monitor inventory, stock levels, product availability, and wastage.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills; ability to supervise, train, and motivate team members.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
