Job summary

Sourcefit Philippines, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to assist US-based clients with product selection, measurements, and installation in a high-volume environment.

You will respond via phone, email, chat, and SMS, guiding customers through measurement-entry and ordering while maintaining accuracy and empathy. The role emphasizes supportive, non-pushy service, cross-functional coordination, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong empathy, patience, and customer service orientation.
• Able to learn product information and apply it accurately.
• Comfortable working onsite in a team.
• Experience with measurements or ordering is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries across channels.
• Comfortable with fractions and basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers through phone, email, SMS, chat, and voicemail.
• Develop knowledge of products, measurement requirements, installation guidelines, policies.
• Guide customers through product selection, measuring, ordering, and installation.
• Explain measurement requirements and assist with entering measurements.
• Answer questions related to products, orders, shipping, measurements, and installation.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to complete orders with missing items.
• Review measurements, photos, order history, and communications to determine next steps.
• Research and process customer orders using e-commerce and order management systems.
• Troubleshoot product, order, shipping, measurement, and installation concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow issues through resolution.
• Take ownership and elevate issues when needed.
• Follow up with prospective customers who haven’t placed an order.
• Assist customers through ordering and help them feel confident about purchasing.
• Support customer conversion by guiding measurement-entry and ordering.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve concerns.
• Manage multiple inquiries and priorities with accuracy and quality.
