Job summary

Sourcefit seeks a Customer Experience & Supplies Support Agent to join the Smart Center, handling customer service and supply coordination in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

You will dispatch service calls, process supply orders, document activities across CRM and helpdesk platforms, and collaborate with Service Operations, Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure SLA alignment and operational accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, service coordination, call center, or operations support.
• Experience in service dispatch, order entry, supply fulfillment, or technical support coordination preferred.
• Experience working in multi-system environments (CRM, ticketing platforms, order management systems) desirable.
• Experience in managed print, IT services, or equipment service environments is a plus.
• High school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service calls promptly and professionally, guiding customers on processes and next steps.
• Coordinate service dispatches for hardware, software, connectivity, and maintenance issues.
• Process supply orders using monitoring alerts and internal systems while considering cost impact.
• Manage high-volume ticket queue and escalate where needed to ensure SLAs.
• Document all interactions in helpdesk, CRM, and order management systems accurately.
• Collaborate with Service Operations, Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Account Management.
• Participate in process improvements and stay updated on system changes.
