Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; two or more years in customer service or operations support.
• Experience with service dispatch, order entry, and supply fulfillment is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM, ticketing and order management systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume calls, identify needs, and determine resolution paths.
• Create and dispatch service calls for hardware, software, connectivity, and maintenance.
• Process supply orders and monitor queues to support service continuity.
• Document interactions and updates across CRM, helpdesk, and order systems.
• Collaborate with Service Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, and Account Management.
