Responsibilities

• Respond to customers via phone, email, SMS, chat, and voicemail promptly and professionally.
• Develop knowledge of products, measurements, installation guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Guide customers through product selection, measuring, ordering, and installation.
• Explain measurement requirements and assist with entering measurements accurately.
• Address questions related to products, orders, shipping, measurements, and installation.
• Outreach to customers for missing information to move orders forward.
• Review measurements, photos, order history and communications to identify issues and next steps.
• Process orders using e-commerce and order management systems.
• Troubleshoot product, order, shipping, measurement and installation concerns.
• Document customer interactions accurately and follow issues through resolution.
• Own customer concerns and escalate appropriately when needed.
• Follow up with prospective customers who have not yet placed an order.
• Assist customers through the ordering process and build purchase confidence.
• Support conversion by guiding measurement-entry and ordering without hard selling.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order-related concerns.
• Manage multiple inquiries and priorities while maintaining quality of service.
