Job summary

World Vision Bangladesh is seeking a MEAL professional to lead monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning across humanitarian programs. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social science, development studies, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional MEAL experience in humanitarian contexts.
• Excellent English and Bengali; Rohingya language preferable.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality MEAL reports and evidence-based briefs for donor requirements.
• Maintain MEAL Action Plan Tracker and Field Visit Tracker to close monitoring gaps.
• Oversee Accountability Tracker and supervise the Accountability Officer per BRCR Handbook.
• Coordinate with MIS to develop digital information management and mobile data tools.
• Provide daily guidance to project teams and deliver data-driven updates to MEAL Manager.
• Support project quality and compliance through technical MEAL input.
