Job summary

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Philippines seeks a dedicated MEAL professional to support monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning across the SPICES – Forest Flavors program. You will work with partners, communities, and staff to ensure data collection, documentation and evidence-based decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in community development, social sciences, statistics or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of MEAL experience in NGO settings.
• Experience in participatory planning and partner engagement.
• Willing to learn GIS applications for MEAL initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEAL plan implementation for the SPICES – Forest Flavors project.
• Monitor and report MEAL challenges and adjust plans accordingly.
• Rollout FCRM and collect feedback from communities and partners.
• Support field M&E activities and digital data collection.
• Collaborate with partners to compile MEAL data for reports.
• Identify MEAL capacity needs and provide technical support.
• Lead MEAL initiatives, after-action reviews and mid-term assessments.
• Develop GIS tools for upland community farmers’ use.
