Job summary

CCatholic Relief Services in the Philippines is seeking a Project Coordinator to monitor and report on three initiatives in BARMM and Mindanao, supporting vulnerable communities.

You will ensure adherence to program quality standards, coordinate M&E activities, and assist with data collection and case studies to showcase impact. Strong teamwork and field presence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the area.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in project support.
• Experience in participatory action planning and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and implementation of all assigned project activities as outlined in the detailed implementation plan in line with CRS program quality principles and standards, donor requirements, and good practices.
• Monitor and report on any challenges and/or gaps identified to inform adjustments to plans and implementation schedules. Assist project stakeholders in their efforts to reflect on project experiences.
• Support accountability through coordinating project monitoring and evaluation activities and assisting project stakeholders in their efforts to collect and analyze project data per specified mechanisms and tools. Collaborate with key CRS project staff to support preparation of reports per established reporting schedule.
• Collect information on local capacity needs and technical assistance needs of key community, school and local government partners and monitor capacity building and technical support activities to ensure effective impact.
• Complete project documentation for assigned activities. Assist with identifying information for case studies and reports on promising practices.
