Job summary

CRS Philippines is seeking a Contractual Field Assistant to monitor and report on CAPACities project activities, ensuring best practices and donor compliance. The role focuses on coordination, data collection, and learning across site activities.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, at least two years in project support, and experience with community engagement, reporting, and working with local partners. Willingness to travel and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the area.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in project support.
• Experience in participatory action planning and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and organize implementation of all assigned project activities according to the plan.
• Assist with collecting and analyzing project data and reports with partners.
• Ensure documentation and learning accompanies project activities and maintains donor requirements.
• Coordinate capacity building and technical support for community-based DRR work.
• Ensure project reports and documentation are complete and filed according to guidelines.
