Qualifications

• Master's degree in social science, Gender Studies, Development Studies, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional MEAL experience in humanitarian protection.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality internal and external MEAL reports and evidence-based briefs for program implementation and donor requirements.
• Maintain and update the MEAL Action Plan Tracker and Field Visit Tracker to address monitoring gaps.
• Oversee the Accountability Tracker and supervise the Accountability Officer to ensure community feedback is resolved as per BRCR Handbook.
