Emerson is seeking an AI Governance professional to lead governance, policy development, and responsible deployment for Salesforce AI capabilities including Agentforce and Einstein. You will provide design leadership for AI agents, ensure governed, business-ready AI solutions, and oversee monitoring and audit activities to maintain compliance, security, and effectiveness.

Responsabilidades

• Define, document, and enforce AI governance policies, ethical guidelines, compliance expectations, and approval standards for Salesforce AI capabilities, including Agentforce and Einstein.
• Review proposed AI toolsets and agent use cases for regulatory, ethical, privacy, security, and business-process readiness.
• Establish practical guardrails for agent design, grounding data, escalation, auditability, and human oversight.
• Track evolving AI regulations and translate requirements into usable governance practices for delivery teams.
• Create AI risk assessment templates, review checkpoints, and remediation procedures for Salesforce AI deployments.
