Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) GSC is seeking a Service Line Lead – Master Data Management (MDM) and Service Delivery Head – MDM Manila to steer the Manila center and coordinate globally across six service delivery centers.

The role defines service strategy, governance and offerings, drives digital transformation with AI and BPM, and ensures SLA compliance, risk controls, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver value for the business partners worldwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate degree desirable.
10+ years in leadership roles with large-scale operations.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver globally.
Experience delivering delivery strategies aligned with goals.
Experience driving process excellence with technology (automation/AI).
Strong track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication to articulate concepts and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical and critical thinking for decision-making.

Responsibilities

Design strategy, define service offerings, standards, and governance for the service line.
Manage relationships with partners and stakeholders across 100+ countries and 6 centers; oversee 200+ employees.
Oversee service delivery for Manila and global centers; ensure SLA commitments.
Provide SME guidance on process improvements and best practices.
Balance standardization with local customization for business needs.
Drive service digitalization and automation to enhance value.
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and introduce AI/RPA technologies.
Establish ICS and ensure regulatory compliance; manage risk mitigation.
